Monday-Friday 8.30am-3.30pm-
Flexibility with hours is essential to meet examination needs

(Term-Time only, 39 weeks + 2 days
in August)

We require a dynamic, motivated,
pro-active and well organised individual who has the ability and skills to
successfully assist with exams across the school. To work alongside the Exams
Officer to help with the administration, organisation and smooth running of
public and internal examinations.

It is essential that you have good
organisational skills; the successful candidate will have careful attention to
detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with a broad
range of people that includes awarding bodies, students, parents/carers and
staff. The successful candidate will work alongside the Exams Officer to
oversee all arrangements for exams entries, including administration and
invigilation.

As the demands made by
examinations fluctuate across the year there will be times when the post-holder
will be expected to support as necessary as part of the Learning Support
Assistant Team.

Key Requirements

  • Experience of working in schools
    (preferably SEMH)

  • Understanding of SEMH

  • Excellent communication and
    organisational skills

  • Emotionally and physically robust
    and resilient

  • Proactive, creative and innovative

  • Flexible, engaging and
    adaptable

  • Ready to learn new
    skills

  • Good level of English and
    Maths

  • IT literate
