An Academy Group in London is looking to appoint a Deputy Primary Director. The successful candidate will need an extensive track record in primary school improvement within the UK with experience in leading multiple UK primary schools as an Executive Headteacher, or in a similar role. You will be able to demonstrate through data and Ofsted reports how you have moved multiple primary schools forward as an Executive Primary Head.
You will report to and work with the Primary Director taking responsibility for overseeing primary education within this academy group and ensuring great outcomes across all primary academies. It is important to be a strong communicator with proven strengths in engaging with, inspiring and motivating not just the school community, but the wider community. The salary stated on this role is an approximation and this organisation is open to paying a competitive salary for the right candidate.
