Our client are currently recruiting for a Depot Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.
Working within the team, the successful candidate will be integral to the smooth running of the depot.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Checking and processing time sheets
- Updating asset control logs
- Administration support for all areas of the depot
- Being the first point of contact for all enquires coming into the depot
- Responding to questions & queries over the phone/ via email
- Front desk duties
- Telephone work/ call centre
- Dealing with customer complaints
