I am currently working on behalf of a well-established company who have a strong presence in the market looking for an Administrator to support various department.  This role has arisen due to department structure and changes. This is a complex role and would involve supporting many different areas of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Answering the telephone
  • Dealing with all telephone enquiries
  • Updating database with client details
  • Packing orders
  • Stock control
  • Recording all PPE for insulation on spreadsheets
  • Arranging Pick up and deliveries
  • Updating job sheets
  • Arranging quotes
  • Ordering materials
  • Booking in deliveries
  • Confirm dates and times with clients
  • Collate sales information to pass to sales team
  • Booking hotels
  • Ordering work wear
Skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Able to multi task
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft package

Mon – Fri 37.5 hours per week.
