Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise and work flexibly to adhere to strict deadlines in order to ensure the smooth running of the department.
To provide a professional, comprehensive and timely Medical Human Resource service to Directorates within the Trust. To ensure Directorates recruit and retain staffing levels to enable the Trust to provide the appropriate level of health care to the community consistent with the overall Trust strategy, and to meet its objectives through the application of current best practice in a wide range of issues.
Who we are looking for
He/she will have a good standard of education; RSA/OCR III word processing or equivalent and previous relevant experience. Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint applications are desirable.
The post holder will have the ability to work as part of a team but also be able to work on their own initiative and know when to seek advice.
