Department Coordinator

This organisation is seeking a proactive candidate who can provide coordination and administrative support to the IT team. You will be able to work using your own initiative and will confidently cope with a variety of tasks, so strong multi tasking and prioritising abilities are essential for this demanding temporary role.

Main duties:

  • Assist in all admin tasks for the team
  • Coordinate key meetings
  • Take minutes of meetings
  • Coordinate collection and preparation of reports for departmental reporting
  • Assist with the preparation of department events (meetings, conferences, away days etc.)
  • Manage diary and travel arrangements

The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast moving and demanding environment, you will be a competent and professional administrator who is used to working to tight deadlines.
