Department Administrator:

This is an excellent opportunity to join the engineering department at Wavin, the role to start will be part time consisting of 5 hrs a day, for the right person this will develop into a full time role with the possibility of becoming a permanent part of the Wavin team.

Key Responsibilities and Accountability:

1: Great communication skills and telephone manner

2: Must be familiar with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

3: SAP knowledge would be an advantage

4: Develop excellent partnership relationships with clients by identifying client needs.

5: Health and safety conscious at all times

6: Precise data entry

7: Keep up to date on company policies & procedures ensuring full adherence

Personality:

Able to remain composed in challenging situations.

At ease working with minimum supervision.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

A naturally proactive mindset with a clear focus on accuracy and quality.
