Demolition Contracts Manager (Small Works)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Due to continued expansion and growth Mick George Ltd are currently recruiting for a Demolition Contracts Manager. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the running of multiple small works projects and site set ups to NFDC standards.
- The organising and running of multiple contracts/ projects at any one time and to ensure that they are taken from contract award through to site implementation and successful completion, whilst meeting NFDC standards.
Overall responsibility for all Demolition Project and Site managers
Liaising with clients to prepare, plan and execute required documentation to commence project.
To attend site regularly and work along site staff to ensure the smooth running of the contract. This includes the governance of sub-contractors, suppliers and the daily on-site project team.
Resource management for plant, transport, materials and personnel.
Review and monitor on-site progress enabling delivery of contract that meets scheduling and budget requirements.
To use specialist knowledge to assess demolition options, to ensure best working methods are used with respect to scheduling and regulatory constraints.
To make recommendations and implement any changes to ensure improvements are made and excellent service is provided to the customer.
To ensure that the site is ran in accordance to Company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Attention to detail and great organisation skills
Be highly skilled in prioritising tasks
