- You will need to have previous experience as a Chef, working in a rosette kitchen.
- You will need to be creative and innovative in developing new dishes.
- You will have the ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
- Experience of managing a busy banqueting operation with multi menu requirements will be necessary.
