Only the freshest, carefully sourced, seasonal produce is used to create fine British/European cuisine to the highest standards. You must have fine dining experience within establishments of 2/3 AA Rosette or Michelin standards to be considered for this role.
This is a great opportunity for a very career focused Demi Chef De Partie/Commis Chef as your tutelage and development will be directly overseen by an Executive Chef from a strong Michelin background.
As Demi Chef De Partie, you will be working under a Chef De Partie/Sous Chef to ensure the smooth running of your assigned section. You will need to have a passion for food and be willing to learn. There will be opportunities to progress within the brigade. An attractive salary of £23,000 per annum is available for the right Demi Chef De Partie.
