Your new role
In this role you will be the Supply Chain support for Ireland within the Companies Crop Protection division. This will include; leading Ireland's S&OP process, demand planning against agreed forecasts, ensuring internal teams and 3rd party suppliers are meeting Business expectations, supporting delivery of KPIs and being responsible for ensuring an effective labelling process is available within an agreed time frame prior to filling dates.
This will also include; identifying any labelling that cannot be released on time and collaborating with internal departments to resolve and manage as appropriate, being responsible for the delivery of sales order processes in line with Customer and Business requirements and delivering the Business model for Ireland, being able to steer when deviations occur - please note this will include frequent travel to Ireland.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be strong-minded with a can-do attitude and not be afraid to get stuck in. However, you will definitely need demonstrable experience in Supply Chain within a commercial role, be confident in using IT systems such as Word and Excel and have a proven track record of taking ownership and problem solving. Furthermore, you will need to have strong communication skills across all levels of a business, including Customer interaction and take ownership of any issues that may arise.

You will receive a competitive salary of between £25,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience as well as additional benefits, including bonus and 25 days Holiday.
Please note, there will be frequent travel to Ireland as part of this role and Irish Bank Holidays will also apply to this role.
