A successful organisation located in the Chertsey area (Surrey) is looking for a Demand Planner Executive to join their team. Working amongst a small operational team, reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will be managing the order process flow, escalations & stock component queries to support the European Retail business.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting the team to support all European subsidiaries in order management, coordination and escalation within an extremely busy and complex retail environment
- Evaluating daily shipment reports, stock reports and proposed delivery reports
- Supporting the sales operation and 3rd party warehousing operation with European back office operations to ensure timely delivery of retail goods
To be suitable for this position you will be an extremely organised and logical thinker, have strong Excel experience (pivot tables/formulas) and preferably Oracle experience, but this is not essential. You will have the ability to interpret order management and warehousing systems, incorporating analysis of daily reports.
Due to the nature of this role attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ideal candidates will come from a demand planning or logistics background.
This is a permanent role offering a salary of £27,000. Offices are based in Chertsey.
