We now have an opportunity for a Demand Administrator to join our team to act as support to the Branded Ethical Purchase Manager in their duties whilst ensuring that all supplier authorisations and specific SOP’s are reviewed and updated on a regular basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for orders being placed for allocated lines, and other non-standard requests for increased ordering are actioned in a timely manner. You will assist in the proactive strategic management of existing allocated lines to ensure correct inventory levels in each PHOENIX depot whilst meeting legitimate customer demand if this exceeds capped levels. You will maintain and update all supplier related GDP records including WDA and Home Office licenses ensuring that these are current at the time of review.
The ideal candidate will have experience good level of I.T skills, incorporating MS Office in Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook, able to manipulate spreadsheets and compile reports from data available from the main systems (CSfD).
You will have an administration background, be flexible and enthusiastic with good communication, literacy and numeracy skills as well as highly organised with a good attention to detail.
The hours of work are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.15pm with a 45 minute unpaid break.
