Delphi Developers / Senior Delphi Developers required to join a small development team that is responsible for end to end support and continuing product development.

Our Client, based in Southampton, Hampshire (near to Eastleigh, Fareham, Portsmouth, Winchester , Basingstoke , Bournemouth , Newbury ) is looking for experienced Delphi Developers to work on their market leading flagship software products that are used by many of the largest customers in their market sector  (Automotive / Leasing / Asset Management).

This is an opportunity for to use your Delphi development experience and, for those who are interested, you are likely to be offered the opportunity to take on Microsoft development (.Web / .Net / C# ).

The client may also consider contract or part time employment.

To be considered for these positions, we are looking for very experienced Delphi Developers who have experience in building commercial software and who are confident of operating as part of a team and on their own as required. Specific skills required include:

The successful candidate will have:

5 years + Delphi development ( Delphi 9, Delphi 10 …..)
Strong SQL / database development skills ( preferably Oracle / PL/SQL )
In-depth analytical and problem solving ability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Any additional experience in Database Administration or Database Design might prove useful as would XML, C# .NET

 Daily rate will be in the region of £50,000 - £60,000pa depending on experience
