Our client is a specialist IT, Insurance and Business Change recruitment consultancy with offices in Brighton and the city of London. They currently have ambitious growth plans and are now looking to hire an equally ambitious Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join their friendly Brighton team.
The role will initially be focused on the Delivery element of the Recruitment process. You will learn from seasoned professionals to grow your understanding of recruitment before being tasked with more Business Development based activities.
This company are not a cut throat organisation, they work with extremely professional clients and are looking for academic and professional calibre individuals to join their team. They value the relationships with their clients and candidates and focus on providing a consultative approach.
We are ideally looking for a graduate level individual. You will have to be bright, confident and happy to put in the effort that takes to get the results in Recruitment. You must be money driven and willing to work hard within this motivated team.
The ideal candidate will have circa 6 - 12 months experience in another recruitment role. However, other sales backgrounds and strong graduates will also be considered.
- working with Consultants to understand clients requirements
- searching for suitable candidates using in-house databases and job boards websites
- telephone screening candidates to assess suitability for job requirements
- providing Consultants with a short-list of suitable candidates
- CV formatting
- updating and maintaining candidate information on the database
- obtaining references from candidates
- identifying new business opportunities
You will be provided with full training and opportunities to develop into Account Manager/Business Development roles.
Hours are 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
Salary £18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience, plus commission OTE £30k in the first year and £40k in second year.
