c£29,508 (dependent on experience) plus £1,988 allowance, potential 10% bonus and 22.5 days annual leave

In this key role at the frontline of our business, you’ll manage a team of both managerial and frontline staff, ensuring the operation, delivering mail to over 30 million addresses in the UK, is running as efficiently as possible.
About the role
As a Delivery Office Manager, assuming overall accountability for the Looe Delivery Office you’ll lead the team supporting them through our exciting transformation journey. Working closely alongside trade union representatives, you’ll ensure your team understands the commercial and competitive market we are in. They’ll need to be customer focussed, open to new technology and flexible to change.
Utilising your first-rate change management experience, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the performance of your unit and for meeting the budgetary targets of the unit, quality of service for our customers and the overall safety of the people you manage.
You will be the prime representative for your office and actively promote customer service opportunities whilst having a strong track record of delivering performance through your personal leadership of large teams in a changing operational environment. Not shy to challenge performance and deal with the daily process variations, you’ll possess a strong character and reliance to lead your team to success.

Your experience might be within retail, FMCG or logistics, but your ability to motivate, inspire and lead is what we’re looking for. You’ll have an eye for detail and be confident in efficiently managing resources and budgets – all with a view to ensuring your sector is working at its very best.
