As a Delivery Manager, you would assume accountability for the delivery of new products and services, provide leadership and direction to a project team in a matrix environment and ensure efficient communication between various stakeholders, spanning all organisational levels both internal and external.
- Rationalize the high level product concept and transform it into a committed E2E project delivery plan,
- Build a winning project team and support the project team in delivering within the allocated time and agreed quality levels,
- Drive key business decisions on vendor selection, delivery and operational model for the new product or service,
- Identify, manage and resolve dependencies, risks and issues on all layers (technical & organisational) which could affect the successful delivery,
- Manage upwards and act as central SPOC for status and issue reporting.
Deep knowledge of software development projects and delivery in agile and classic delivery,
Experience handling 3rd parties including selection process, initial setup, financial negotiations and controlling delivery,
Experience in delivering customer products and strong customer focus,
Excellent Communication Skills,
Excellent Presentation Skills.
Experienced in applying standard Project Management Framework as well as agile methodologies (Scrum),
Strong leader for distributed international teams across one or more projects and subprojects.
