Our client based in Haverhill is looking for a dedicated Courier and Delivery Coordinator.
You will be responsible for organising all deliveries to customers and liaising directly with the customer and courier company.
Must be computer literate, work under pressure in a fast paced environment. Working with excel sheets & mail mergers.
Responsible for all outgoing deliveries - circa 3000 per week
Responsible for APC overnight dispatch for smaller items.
Responsible for arranging 2 man deliveries with our 2 man courier this involves uploading csv files & using mail mergers.
Pallet network deliveries
Fulfilment centre deliveries working with uploading files to Amazon.
Print delivery labels off & checking all ok.
Processing claims for product damages with the courier.
Outbound calls checking contact information is correct
Liaising with couriers on a daily basis checking our collection times
Checking courier invoices weekly to ensure ok for payment with no discrepancies
Upload tracking to various platforms, eBay, amazon, Tesco’s & our own website
Must meet time deadlines throughout the day.
