As Delivery Booking Advisor you will represent our Sofology brand dealing with customers over the phone arranging and managing our furniture deliveries to customers homes.
Booking in Deliveries.
Liaising with any customer queries.
Update any relevant systems across the business.
What are we looking for:
A proven track record of providing excellent customer service
Excellent communications skills.
Tenacious ability to meet deadlines and targets.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work 5 over 7 days, shift patterns will vary.
