You will be responsible for the day to day technical management of the company delegated authorities, in accordance with set procedures, and providing specialist support to company Coverholders.
You will work closely with the Audit team to follow up recommendations as a result of Delegated Authority audits.
To act as a primary interface between the company and brokers for orderly presentations of DA approval records and with Lloyd’s coverholder department on day to day issues.
To provide technical support to the business on all aspects of delegated authority business, adding value to the business through this function.
Thorough command and knowledge of the Lloyd’s Delegated Authority compliance process.
Detailed knowledge of Lloyd’s market, Delegated Authorities and DA issues.
Demonstrate appropriate, consistent and complete consideration of customers and potential customers’ interests, throughout the business, on a continuous basis.
Must be a team player and work for the good of the team as well as individually.
Previous experience in the Delegated Authorities field essential.
Ability to build and maintain good working relationships internally and externally.
Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
