Due to an increase in business activity, they a number of DC Customer Relation Associates to join them on initial 12 month fixed term contracts.
Opportunities exist for those with various levels of Defined Contribution based pension’s knowledge and are perfect opportunities if you are looking to move away from "day-to-day" administration but still utilise out technical based experience whilst working in an environment where you can further enhance and develop your pension related experience over the long-term.
As one of the Associates, you will be specifically responsible for managing all levels of operational resolutions and enquiries on a portfolio of client accounts. This can include fully investigating, researching, analysing and providing feedback, advice and specific recommendations to the operational teams in terms of areas of improvement, as well as managing information on a member’s account, advisor queries, pension legislation and fully resolving complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.
Already possessing Defined Contribution pension’s knowledge, you will be someone who is ambitious and motivated in providing an outstanding service, coupled with excellent analytical and research skills, as well as the ability to investigate and communicate effectively and appropriately with internal and external customers, in writing and verbally, at all levels of the business.
