This is a fantastic opportunity that will suit a self-starter with extensive Scorecard development experience to manage a team of Decision Science Analysts at a growing lender in Cardiff. If you have proven experience of building and maintaining Risk Scorecards and want true ownership and strategy, this is worth exploring further.

THE ROLE:

  • Manage team of Decision Science Analysts and the development and optimisation of Scorecards
  • Contribute to leadership team and direction of the business within the Risk function
  • Contribute to the strategy optimisation, strategic analytics and portfolio management functions
  • Analyse current strategies and work proactively to make cut-off adjustments
  • Work with stakeholders to improve model use and strategies
  • Think creatively to improve team Scorecard development efficiency

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Credit Risk Scorecard building is essential
  • Ability to manage a team of Analysts (experience doing same not necessarily required)
  • Experience using SAS is essential
  • Highly numerate degree from an accredited University
