This is an exciting new opportunity for a Credit Risk Analyst with SAS Scoring experience to move into a role with a huge amount of opportunity and a key part to play in the development of the business. If you're looking for a role where you will be given freedom to raise new ideas, and suggest new strategies so that you're part of one of the leading businesses in the space.

THE ROLE

As Senior Analyst, you will be a leader in the development, validation and maintenance of credit risk scorecards across a number of portfolios. This is a role that will give you great exposure to wider teams and you will support scorecard implementation, various cut off strategies, model monitoring and work with the business to understand and strategise.

In particular, you can expect the following:

  • Model Development: Credit risk scoring and underwriting across products
  • Analysis: Scorecard analysis for various business functions
  • Strategy Creation
  • Tool Development: The chance to identify and create next generation tools to speed scorecard development and improve performance
  • Collection/Retention: Utilise behavioural scoring to enhance collection and improve retention strategies

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Senior Decision Science Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

  • Educated to a degree level within a numerate discipline
  • Previous scorecard experience in a credit risk environment
  • Strong programming and modelling experience with SAS
  • Strong verbal and written communication sills
  • Experience in credit scoring and statistical modelling techniques
  • Comfortable with large data sets
