TM Resourcing are recruiting a Debt Recovery Agent / Case Manager for a legal firm in Warrington to manage debt portfolio in accordance with legislation and compliance. The role will involve speaking to customers who are in debt and have litigation pending on their accounts. Aiming for a positive resolution you will discuss the customer's financial circumstances and agree payment.

The ideal person will be able to lead and control calls while dealing with potentially irate customers. You will need to be confident and able to objection handle. You may have worked as a Case Manager, Collection Advisor, Collections Expert, Collections Agent, Collections Specialist, Debt Recovery Advisor, Debt Management Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, Debt Collector, Debt Collection Negotiator, Telephone Negotiator, Sales Advisor, Retentions Advisor, Complaint Advisor.

Collections experience is not essential however it is preferred. Full training will be given to the successful candidate. Our client offers a starting salary of £22K plus bonus as well as the following benefits:
