Dealership Sales Administrator

Our client a busy franchised motor trade dealership in Oxford have the requirement for a Sales/Vehicle Administrator to join their team.

As a Sales/vehicle Administrator you will be responsible for ordering and managing stock, raising job cards, processing and preparing vehicle paperwork, registering and taxing vehicles, invoicing deals and registering warranties and related policies.

The successful candidate will be well organised, have excellent interpersonal skills and have a determined approach to delivering the highest standards possible.

Previous Sales/Vehicle Administrator motor trade experience working within a dealership environment is would be preferred but the clients is prepared to give training if you have good admin skills, knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous but not essential.

In return our client will offer a basic salary of between £20,000 - £24,000 depending on depth of experience. Working hours will be Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm.
