As a Company Secretary you will be responsible for the day-to-day governance of the Senior Management Team and Trustees within a charity.
This DBS Company Secretary role requires the successful candidate to be a highly motivated, work autonomously and has the ability to prioritise work and to work well under pressure. The candidate MUST be DBS cleared.
Company Secretary responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Diary and travel management
- Formatting and proof reading of documents as well as handling and drafting responses for the CEO
- General administrate duties and account management
- Be committed to the values, vision and mission of the charity
The candidate MUST have a valid DBS clearance and previous experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant (i.e. to someone senior) within a large organisation. The ideal candidate will also be confident, able to manage priorities and have strong communication skills.
