PRMS is a specialist recruitment consultancy, established 21 years, supplying marketing, PR, digital, brand and business development staff (permanent and interim/contract) to clients across northwest England.
Due to expansion we require a full-time database and office support administrator to join our team. The key responsibilities include:
- management of the candidate and client CRM system
- corresponding with candidates re'CVs, interview arrangements, feedback and job offers etc.
- outreach to candidates via social media
- coordination of the company's project management system, file management and folder maintenance etc.
- commercial research via the internet and desk research sources
- other office support administration, as required
The candidate we require will have a keen eye for detail (very important), first class interpersonal skills, excellent written and spoken English and the ability to multi-task under pressure. You will need at various times need to display a calm temperament, a relaxed but purposeful approach, lots of energy and a flair for organising stuff.

The role is office-based in Manchester city centre, Mon-Fri, 9-5. The company's offices are easily accessible by metro, train and bus.
