This role will take the lead on database development: assessing business needs, managing continuous improvement projects and working with internal teams to enhance collection and reporting of contact data.
The role will also be responsible for ensuring data practices and procedures adhere to the new GDPR guidelines and advising on information governance.
You will have experience working with CRM databases, ideally Raisers Edge, delivering data solutions in accordance with organisational strategy. You will be used to working with limited direct supervision and able utilise your initiative.
To have experience of Raisers' Edge (ideally) for data selection and maintenance
To have experience of data manipulation and reporting
To have strong IT skills and technical knowledge, including a knowledge of relational databases
