Duties will include:
*Assist with report writing and design of system templates.
*Monitor all users to ensure effective and consistent use of the system.
*Work with the HR manager and IT Supervisor to ensure all the data capture complies with legal regulations
*Monitoring company procedures and adapting the system to fit the requirements of the business.
*Monitoring the data entry procedures & reporting concerns.
*Maintain detailed logs of user access rights and user access requests.
*Perform data analysis for Senior management and/or directors.
*Offer retraining when required
39 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00 & Friday 08:30-16:00
Annual leave starts at 23 days per year (pro-rata) and increases by 1 day a year to a maximum of 30, once a full year is completed.
