A Charity based in London are currently looking for Data Co-ordinator to join and support the data requirements of the Engagement Division and thereby help meet challenging annual income and recruitment targets. The successful candidate would need to undertake Data Selections and reporting for Fundraising, Comms and Marketing and Campaigns GDPR communications. Please note this role is 9 month FTC.
Working alongside the Senior Marketing Database Co-Ordinator, Manage the process of selections and extracts in support of all Engagement Division activity for GDPR communications.
To ensure all Data Extracts are provided in an extremely agile way, with last minute amends applied to the final extract.
Be the main point of contact with colleagues for GDPR data selections. In particular ensuring information is gathered and advise on how their selections could be improved or changed
Assist the wider Supporter Relationship Management team in advising, and running if necessary, reporting and analysis on GDPR communications
In order to apply you should have the following skills and experience:
Experience of using Alms.net or other charity databases (e.g. Razor's Edge, CARE, MS Dynamics)
Excellent IT skills, particularly Data Manipulating Tools
Resourceful, flexible with the ability to prioritise heavy workloads to meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of importing large datasets
A good understanding of Direct Marketing techniques
