We are looking for a Database and Support Officer to take a proactive role in overseeing the accurate day to day operation of the organisations property management database (PIMS) whilst also co-ordinating the effective administration of the Branch Property Trust (BPT) Working Group, Property and Trustee Committees.
The typical tasks associated with the role will include coordinating the process of recording BPT data in to PIMS, including title information, legal advice, tenancy documents, insurance data and property valuations and survey reports.
The successful candidate will be methodical and diligent, with strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail to ensure smooth support for our busy property management function. You will need to have a proven experience in managing data systems and an enthusiasm to work on developing and streamlining the functions and outputs from the property database.
