Role: Database and Compliance Manager

Location: Whitefriars, Bristol BS1
Job type: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 35 hours pw
Salary: £32,107 per annum, plus benefits

About the role:

Reporting to the Head of National Fundraising, you will not only manage the Fundraising Database and Compliance Team but also work closely with the Fundraising Department to ensure that all fundraising activity operates efficiently whilst remaining compliant. You’ll work closely with the Fundraising Team on establishing best fundraising practice and guidelines so you must be familiar with the current and evolving regulatory landscape.

About you:

You will have a high level of computer literacy including all Microsoft packages, (in particular in Excel), and the ability to analyse, interpret and present large amounts of data. You must have experience of working within a fundraising or marketing environment and of managing customers, supporters and suppliers. Excellent working knowledge of managing fundraising databases, ideally Raiser’s Edge is also essential, as is up to date knowledge of the Data Protection Act and forthcoming changes.
