Our client is looking for a capable and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrative
Assistant for an interesting and varied post to support the Drug &
Alcohol Service, based in Bath and surrounding areas.
This position will be full time. You should possess a flexible attitude with the
ability to adapt to changing roles within the service and to provide cover
during times of absence/leave.


  • Call handling/switchboard
  • Electronic diary management
  • Excel/Word intermediate
  • Letter writing/layout/presentations
  • Receptionist duties
  • Typing words per minute


  • Knowledge of MS office
  • Previous office administration experience
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise your own workload
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Empathetic & calm
