We currently have an opportunity for an Analyst to join our Data Quality area. Across the various teams, we ensure accurate meter reads are received by customers and rectify any metering issues by liaising with internal departments and external third parties.
Our Analysts manage the performance of external metering agents in order for npower to meet its regulatory obligations.
Within this role you will provide support to Senior Analysts by investigating complex queries and liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
You will ensure that excellent customer service is maintained by managing customer expectations and resolving any issues that arise in an efficient and timely manner.
You will have the ability to work towards business targets and deadlines to ensure Service Level Agreements are achieved.
