Performance manager required for a national charity .
Proven analytical & management experience and demonstrable ability to provide effective leadership and development of both individuals and teams. Significant experience of using high analytical skills to synthesise, analyse and interpret quantitative evidence developing insights to provide evidence based findings.
Programme and project management experience to sustain complex programmes of activity requiring extensive collaboration , therefore excellent stakeholder engagement skills required. Significant experience in translating complex information into clear and compelling communications demonstrating the ability to tailor style and approach to suit a variety of audiences and purposes e.g. for the purposes of strategic decision making or with media and public relations.
Understanding or experience working within the health service or NHS commissioning and planning environments would be ideal.
