We are looking to recruit a Data Interrogation Team Member for our customer Services team within our company that was recently voted one of the best places to work, second only to global tech giant Google!
In this important role you will complete the efficient and effective investigation of data using various technologies and systems to make appropriate updates of customers accounts in our SAP system.
Responsibilities include ensuring our data is used effectively and correctly to understand a customers circumstances and making the appropriate updates to customers accounts. This requires the use web based products and data entry in a performance lead environment. You will be working as part of a dedicated team, as well as independently using your own initiative and the work you do will have a measurable impact on the business.
The role will involve contact with customers and other parts of the business so great communication and customer service skills are essential along with the ability to work in a target driven environment.
Ideally educated to GCSE level or equivalent, our candidate will have excellent organisation, prioritisation and communication skills. Attention to detail, the ability to use your own initiative and problem solving are key. Ideally you will have good IT skills including Microsoft word and excel.
With a flexible approach to work, you will have the Ability to work as part of a team, sharing knowledge and experience with a constructive attitude. You will have a customer service focus as well as a high accuracy of data input and ability to prioritise your time effectively.
We are planning to interview for the role throughout April at our office in Huntingdon.
