Our longstanding client that is recognised globally have a unique opportunity to join their team on a Permanent basis as a Data Improvement Analyst
The main purpose of the role is to support the office admin team with system related issues, processes, reporting and improvements. You will be working for Senior Distribution Manager in to provide analysis, productivity & training which will ensure that the level of skills and efficiency within teams remains high.
Support the office and floor teams with ad-hoc and on-going reporting requirements relating productivity KPIs, measures and analysis.
Creation and ownership of both standard and ad-hoc reporting requirements involving the use of various data sources available in SAP, PKMS as well as the use of BEX and other systems
System support - supporting the resolution of technical issues encountered by the team, being the main contact point with the IT team for reporting related issues.
Providing the team with reporting, analysis and project rollout and tracking requirements.
Process and Procedure support within warehouse function and use knowledge of the systems to help drive more efficient use of the tools available. Including training and the production of training materials as and when required
Identification of process improvement opportunities and potential projects in line with the Warehouse Management team
Minimum 2 years direct experience of warehouse processes and WM system (the best PKMS and SAP)
Advanced knowledge of reporting within SAP and other WMS
Advanced MS Excel and good command of other MS Office applications
Training skills to teach new users and new processes to the team
Analytical skills to interpret data present in a format that provides concise information to management
The ability to create and present training material
Self-starter / self-motivated
Positive "can do" attitude
Willing to respectfully and constructively challenge the status quo in the pursuit of continuous improvement
Salary £27,000 - £30,000 DOE
Hours : 8.30 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday with 30 minute lunch
