You will be working with an international consultancy firm with a well known banking institution.
The key responsibilities of the Data Gatherer are to:
Collate data relevant to the scoped customer complaint.
Check steps required from instruction from Triage
Check relevant folders from robot requests and for any returns from 3rd parties
Run all manual checks for data
Ensure no gaps exist
Check that end-to-end chain is complete and that no data is missing
Ensure data is sufficient for Investigations and redress
