As the Data Entry Clerk you will be a valuable member of this amazing project with your demonstrable experience and first class customer service.
You will have a high attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. To be successful in this position you MUST have previous experience in a data entry/administration role recently.
The Data Entry Clerk duties will include:
* Accurately capturing data from the inbound calls
* Entering information onto the system
* Asking relevant questions/survey information
* Updating systems
* Repairs processing
* Providing a first class service to all involved
* Professional telephone manner
* Programming information
* Using bespoke systems
The Data Entry Clerk will be available immediately to start on a 3 month temporary contract, ideally due to the location you will be able to drive and have access to transport - free parking available! The company is located approximately 15 minutes away from Doncaster city centre if travelling by public transport.
Shifts will be on a 3 week rolling rota
Week 1 - 7am - 3pm
Week 2 - 10am - 6pm
Weeks 3 - 2pm - 10pm
Benefits include £8.45p/h wage, free parking, and no weekend working
