Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00 / 35 hours per week

My client in Greenock is seeking a dedicated Data Entry specialist to join their dynamic team. This role involves supporting all administrative tasks for paper and electronic claims, providing decisions to claimants both verbally and by mail. The successful candidate will liaise with agents and claimants to monitor progress, correct errors, and investigate questionable entries.

This is a 6-month contract with an immediate start. It is essential that you pass a DBS check and a credit check.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process and manage both paper and electronic claims
- Enter all decisions, changes, and corrections accurately
- Communicate with agents and claimants via phone or mail
- Investigate and resolve any questionable claims

Requirements:
- Ability to pass a credit and DBS check
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Adaptable with a strong work ethic and a team-player attitude
