Our client, an industry-leading fleet management solutions company in Reading, is hiring for a Data Entry Administrator. You will be responsible for reviewing, cleansing, and updating data to support the customer service team.
- You will liaise with the Customer Service team to provide them with updated information and data
- Maintain information on computer systems and in archives
- You will be responsible for calling companies and checking the data in the CRM and where necessary amend the data to match the correct company information.
- Qualification will include correct company name, verified contact number and fleet size in addition to gathering data on total fleet size.
- You will also be required to use various other data sources to cross-reference company information and you will be able to source and populate any missing data.

This is a full-time temporary position, working Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.
