Data Entry Administrator

An established leading lighting and rigging provider, specialising in hiring equipment for use in the music and entertainment industries both in the UK and worldwide is looking for a Data Entry Administrator. Based in Park Royal (parking is available) you will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy on project equipment information between two systems Easyjob and WMS. Easyjob is the equipment rental system and WMS the Warehouse Management System used by the warehouse for stock control. Training on the systems will be provided however you must have a natural aptitude for IT, systems and data. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel is a MUST and knowledge of the lighting industry and equipment is desirable.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Update Easyjob from WMS 'Load List' after each Job Load.
  • Update Returns in Easyjob from WMS (Early Returns, On Time, and Late)
  • Update Sub hires - in Easyjob from manual records. Add additional equipment.
  • In-house first port of call for WMS support, review issues and escalate where required
  • Support the Equipment Team in the investigation of Missing & Damaged reported equipment
  • Maintain and update performance tracker records
  • Comply with all Health and Safety requirements.
  • Comply with all Policies and Procedures.
  • Load and Unload Trucks, when required.
  • Ensuring the Warehouse and work areas are kept in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
  • To ensure that all flight cases are cleaned, maintained in line with company standards, labelled and stored appropriately.

Key Skills Required:

  • Aptitude for IT, systems and data.
  • Intermediate Excel Skills
  • Data management systems practical experience in the workplace.
  • Educated to Degree level
  • Must demonstrate confidence and ability to work as part of a team. Able to communicate with a wide range of people and interpret information clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Data management systems practical experience in the workplace.
  • Knowledge of lighting industry and equipment is desirable
