Your new role
Your new job as a Data Coordinator requires you to speak to clients over the telephone and update records on different properties. You will need to ensure all data from different clients are accurate and its on the correct database systems and you will need to manage and facilitate amendments on data. Other duties include:
- Ensure records are rationalised
- Mark sold properties and archive closed properties
- Ensure support to property management and facility management teams
- Assist KPI executives
What you'll need to succeed
In your new job you will have to IT literate and able to learn new systems very quickly due to remote working. your day to day work will be dynamic and you will have to react to different tasks instantly. Other skills needed to succeed are:
- Understand data quality processes
- Fantastic interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage workload
