We are recruiting for a Data Controller, reporting into the Material Services Reporting Manager whose responsibility it is to provide support reporting and data analysis activities for the Customer Support Department.
Duties will include:
- To produce and provide management reporting reviews using specific tools to enable accurate and timely collection of data for all stakeholders
- Compile and provide necessary management reporting in supporting the monthly Business Management meetings for Material Services
- Develop, maintain and issue status reports to departmental leaders
- To source and use data from across the stakeholder community, to establish an accurate perspective of how well the business is meeting customer and business requirements, by analysing trends and providing feedback.
Key to this role is excellent analytical skills and proficiency with office applications, in particular Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Excel and Access. Experience of using SAP is an advantage.
Must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to give guidance and support to others and able to obtain information from other parts of the company.
