An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high-reaching, highly capable data analyst & reporting expert to work across both Cunard and P&O Cruises brands.
Your primary and key responsibilities will include:
- Analysis & trending of data created within Maritime, identifying opportunities
- Oversight of Maritime reports
- Driving continuous improvement across our data and reporting strategies
You will play an essential role within the Carnival UK Maritime department and through analysing & trending our data will identify opportunities to improve our business. In addition you be key point in Maritime for collating, creating and managing MI reporting, working closely with the business to understand reporting needs and bring them to a centralised point.
Additionally, maintaining a "continuous improvement" philosophy to identify opportunities to develop existing and future reporting platforms.
You’ll be highly organised, analytical and confident in communicating with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
With a strong background in systems and reporting, ideally you’ll have a deep understanding of the technical aspects of management information and relational databases. Your understanding of Business Objects, SQL and MS Access and Excel is also a strong advantage, as is a real passion for the guest experience and how the Maritime function supports this.
You'll be based at our Southampton HQ, with some travel to the ships when required.
