HMP Highpoint is a category C adult male prison for sentenced prisoners, holding up to 1323 men across 15 residential units. HMP Highpoint is situated on the A143 at Stradishall, which is approximately 7 miles from Haverhill when heading to Bury St Edmunds and within 20 miles of the A14 to the north and the M11 to the west. To ensure the continued quality of care at HMP Highpoint, we’re looking for an Administration and Data Lead to support us and the existing team in this new venture.

What do we need from you so that you can do the job?
You will be working as a Team Lead within a complex environment. You will be responsible for managing effective patient centered administration, including appointment scheduling for clinics and external hospital appointments and supporting the team in the day to day running of the service. Including recruitment activity, working patterns, annual leave, sickness and attendance monitoring.
As well as high level data capture accuracy and carry out data validation checks for scheduled internal and external reporting requirements.
You will have experience of working in a healthcare administrative environment and knowledge of how to use the electronic patient records systems and good use of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.).
You will be able to work with challenging behaviors and be non-judgmental with your attitude.

This is a permanent part-time role working 30 hours per week. The salary for this role is up to £24,250 - dependent on experience.
