Data Analytics Delivery Manager

Data Analytics Delivery Manager required to join a tech start-up in Manchester who are growing at an unprecedented rate. They need someone to help them deliver on their promises to a diverse customer base and ensure they all get the VIP treatment from initial contact to final delivery.

The Company:

The organisation specialises in Data Analytics and work with a number of well-known customers to help them make the most of their data.

You'll be a vital team member from day one, with your new company operating a very flat organisational structure - you'll be sitting next to the Directors with the ability to bounce ideas off them whenever you want. The office atmosphere is relaxed but clearly motivated as they strive to be the global leaders in their field - they are dead serious about this, why can't a company with roots in Manchester not challenge the DeepMinds and Facebooks of the world!

The Role:

A key and strategic hire for the company, they need someone who is has the gravitas to deal with a diverse client base; ensure a smooth delivery of everything promised and allow the Data Science team to work autonomously.

A major part of your success in this role will come down to your ability to build long lasting and trustful relationships with customers who include major financial services organisations, start-ups, SMEs and FTSE 250 companies.

Your ability to influence, shape and negotiate with senior decision makers is paramount for this role and you'll ideally have a demonstrable track record of this.


To be successful in the role of Analytics Delivery Manager you will probably come from a client facing project management role; a service delivery management position or a pre-sales consultancy type role. This isn't an absolute must, however, it would certainly help, as would any experience of working in a start-up or small organisation.

You will be able to demonstrate various examples of previous times you've worked closely with and indeed influenced C level executives, ideally on an on-going/repeat basis.

A natural communicator with a flair for influencing customers and potential customers alike. You will thrive under pressure and be fiercely proud of delivering the very best service for each individual client, treating each one as if they are your only one!
