Data Analyst – London + 2 Days WFH Circ £45,000 - £60,000 + Excellent Bens including Bonus
A new Data Analyst position is available to join a fast growing global ecommerce business. Our client is rapidly expanding and scaling up their ability to enable data based decision makers across the business. The Data Analyst will work primarily with finance, product and planning teams utilising the likes of Power BI, SQL, Python, PySpark and SAP amongst other tools. This is an exciting opportunity best suited to those that thrive in busy business facing environments This is a hybrid role based in Central / West London with the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities include;
To enable data based decision makers in the business
Data and reporting operational support
Answer and triage tickets as they come in
Perform Root Cause Analysis across multiple platforms, data sources and reports
Work in Agile Methodology with broader D&A team
Hold regular training and learning sessions with the business to enable Self-Serve Analytics
Help build out CoE for Self-Serve capability
Educate and inspire the business in the art of the possible with BI, reporting and dashboards
Key Experience, Skills and Knowledge:
At least 3 years as a Data Analyst or data related experience
Significant experience with SQL, PySpark and Python
Expert user in Power BI
Expert user in Excel
Demonstratable experience in building out analysis and reports
Highly organised but flexible with excellent communication skills
Able to work to fixed deadlines and SLAs
Logically minded, likes to use data and evidence to support findings
Excellent trouble shooting skills
Able to work independently and under pressure from time to time
