My client is well-established consulting firm which has a market-leading advisory practice delivering professional services to financial services clients. This team have plans for aggressive growth over the next 12 months, and are looking for Analysts to join their Analytics and Modelling team. They are looking for candidates who are looking to build on their data analytics and modelling experience in a fast-changing and dynamic environment.The ideal candidate would have experience in both financial services and data analytics and should be capable of explaining data requirements, the underlying logic of the analytics they have performed and the potential impact it could have.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Good knowledge analytics language or software package (e.g. SQL, VB.net, VBA, Qliksense, Tableau, R, Python)
- You must be articulate, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail is key, time management skills, and the ability to multi-task and to prioritise.
- Strong and proven academic history with a BA/Masters or PhD in a numerate or technical discipline (e.g. Mathematic, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science) preferably with a strong computer programming element would be beneficial but not essential.
