About the Role:
The Data Analyst will be responsible for overseeing, analysing and disseminating data and reports to customers across the full range of their Analytics and Research products.
You will proactively develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, across the Group, maintain you own professional knowledge and skills and participate actively in team and business development and up-dating activities, ensure compliance with CRM guidelines as appropriate and contribute to the implementation and maintenance of ISO Quality Assurance within the Group and participate in follow up actions.
To be considered for this role you will be educated to degree level in a numerate discipline or related subject.
You will be competent in the use of MS Office software, be able to communicate clearly and professionally both orally and in writing and have a confident telephone manner.
You will have excellent time management, organisational, interpersonal and presentation skills.
